1. Standard Returns (New / Unused Items)

We accept returns for new, unused items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• Item must be unused and in resellable condition

• Original packaging must be intact (including tags, stickers, protective film, and accessories)

• Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing packaging/accessories may be rejected or subject to a deduction

Return shipping:

• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item is confirmed defective or we shipped the wrong item.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, the following are generally non-returnable:

• Any item that has been used or shows signs of use

• Items with missing or damaged packaging

• Items returned incomplete (missing accessories, covers, tags, etc.)

3. Defective / Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.

Once confirmed, we will arrange the best solution (replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable).

4. Refunds

If your return is approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

Shipping fees (if any) are typically non-refundable, unless the return is due to an approved defect or our mistake.
