These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website www.acapadel.ae (the “Website”) and purchases made through it. By browsing the Website or placing an order, you accept these Terms.

 

1. Company Information
The Website is owned and operated by Origen Sports Trading LLC, with registered address at Shams Media City, Sharjah, UAE (the “Company”).

2. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website legally and responsibly. You may not use it for fraudulent or illegal activities, to harm third parties, or to interfere with the operation of the Website (for example, introducing viruses, attempting to access internal systems, or manipulating prices/orders). We may suspend or block access if we detect misuse.

 

3. Products, Availability, and Information
We sell padel products (rackets, shoes, apparel, accessories, etc.). We do our best to display accurate information and photos, but there may be small variations (for example, color or packaging). Availability may change without prior notice; if a product is not available after your purchase, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.

 

4. Prices, Taxes, and Currency
Prices are shown in AED. Unless stated otherwise, prices include VAT. Shipping costs (if applicable) are shown before you complete payment. We may update prices or promotions at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

 

5. Orders and Confirmation
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation by email/WhatsApp. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasonable reasons, for example: suspected fraud, obvious pricing or stock errors, logistical impossibility, or incomplete shipping information. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the corresponding amount.

 

6. Payments
We accept payments through Stripe. We do not store your full card details; payment is processed by certified providers.

 

7. Shipping and Delivery (UAE)
We ship only within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Processing and delivery timelines, shipping costs, reattempts, and delivery conditions are described in our Shipping Policy: link. By placing an order, you accept those conditions. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete address and an active phone number. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details, recipient absence, or circumstances beyond our control (weather, logistics incidents, public holidays, etc.).

 

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy: link. In summary, the customer must request the return within 14 days from delivery and meet the eligibility conditions (unused product and in “like new” condition, with tags and packaging, etc.). Some items are non-returnable (for hygiene or customization reasons). By purchasing, you accept these rules.

 

9. Warranty and Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us within 48hours of delivery, attaching photos of the package and the product. Where applicable, we will arrange the appropriate solution (replacement, reshipment, or refund) depending on availability and the manufacturer’s warranty. Normal wear and tear or misuse is not considered a manufacturing defect.

 

10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website (texts, images, design, logos, brand, etc.) belongs to the Company or its rightful owners and is protected by intellectual/industrial property laws. Copying, reproducing, or using the content without prior written authorization is not permitted.

 

11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company will not be liable for indirect damages or losses arising from use of the Website, service interruptions, technical errors, or third-party delays (for example, courier companies or payment gateways). The Company’s total liability, if any, will be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the affected order, unless the law requires otherwise.

The Website may include links to third-party sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their contents or policies.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates / Emirate of Dubai / DIFC/ADGM if applicable. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Dubai, UAE / DIFC Courts / ADGM Courts, unless the law provides otherwise.
