UAE Local Shipping Policy

We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates via Quickup, Aramex or iMile.

1. Delivery Timeframes

Dubai: Next-business-day delivery (typically within 24 hours after dispatch).

Other Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah): Delivery within 1–2 business days after dispatch.

2. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays). During promotions or peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS/WhatsApp (where available).

4. Delivery Notes

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier capacity, weather conditions, or address/access restrictions.
