Pay the AED 100 fee, and we will deliver the demo racket to you at no extra shipping cost.

7-Day Real-World Test

Test the racket for 7 full days in real match conditions to see how it truly performs for your game.

Notify Us of Your Decision

At the end of the trial, message us on WhatsApp to let us know if you wish to return the racket or purchase it.

Simple Return Process

We send you a Return Form, arrange a courier pickup for the demo, and confirm once we've received and inspected the racket.

If you decide to buy, once the demo is returned and your payment is confirmed, we deliver a brand-new, sealed racket directly to you.

Returning your Try & Buy demo racket is simple. Once your 7-day trial ends, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll guide you through the return in minutes.

Customer return steps:

Finish the 7-day trial
Message us on WhatsApp to request a return
We send you the Return Form link
Fill it in + upload clear photos: front, back, left side, right side
Pack the racket inside a protective cover/sleeve (secured for transport)
We arrange courier pickup
Once received, we inspect and send a confirmation email

Late return
Late return (client responsibility, not courier delay) is charged at AED 50 per day after the 7-day trial period ends.

Normal wear is fine. If the racket is returned with chargeable damage, fees apply based on final inspection.

Minor ball marks
Light surface scuffs from normal play
Small cosmetic scratches that don’t affect structure/performance
Light grip wear

Chargeable damage (fees may apply)

Minor scratch or scrape: AED 50
Multiple scratches or large scrape: AED 100
Total damage (breakage or fracture): client pays the full retail value minus the AED 100 already paid

Photos are used for pre-assessment only. Final decision is based on physical inspection upon return.

If you love the racket, we’ll make the switch easy, you always receive a brand-new racket (not the demo unit).

After inspection, we confirm any applicable fees (if any)
Pay the remaining balance (retail price AED 100, adjusted if late/damage fees apply)
We deliver a brand-new ACA racket to your address

Price range
Most ACA rackets retail between AED 850 – 1,100 (model dependent).

To participate in Try & Buy, you must provide a valid Emirates ID (UAE residents) or Passport (non-residents) for verification and recordkeeping.

To protect demo inventory, we may request additional security measures only when needed (e.g., limited availability, high-value models, or customer history). This may include additional ID verification, a refundable deposit, or a card pre-authorization. If required, we will inform you before delivery.
